Great location, close to the airport. Don was the best host! He collected us from the airport and was very patient about delays caused by the bad weather. Despite power outages across the area he still made us a lovely breakfast and ensured we got where we needed to go. Highly recommend!

Probably the cleanest and most surprising stay in Sri Lanka. New rooms, cleans with European standard. Would recommend it to everyone wanting a place next to the airport.

This is a really good place, and I mean it. It is really clean, good AC (not extremely cold for sleeping), and a completely renovated bathroom. Totally recommended.

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!

A great safe haven after a long flight. The host was super friendly, the appartement has everything you could want, and a bedroom with great airconditioning. The apartment is a bit old school (but I liked that, it feels like a home - it is not a minimalistic anonymous hotel, if that is you thing). Would recommend!

The property is very well maintained and looks clean and tidy, the deco is a nice touch to the house. The room was spacious and everything worked fine. Breakfast with the coffee was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic! This hotel is very welcoming. We arrived at 2 AM on March 20th, and the staff did their best to help us with early check-in. We were traveling with a small baby, and even though the kitchen was closed, they kindly arranged a late dinner for us. The staff are extremely friendly, helped with our luggage, and gave us useful advice for our trip around Sri Lanka. Special thanks to Sudara and Nuwan — they made our stay very comfortable. Also, a big thanks to the waiter at the hotel restaurant (unfortunately I forgot his name) who was very helpful with all our baby-related requests. The hotel itself is clean, rooms are tidy, and air conditioning worked perfectly. The surroundings feel like a jungle — so much greenery! The pool is great and open from 8 AM until midnight. Shops, pharmacy, and ATMs are just a 10-minute walk away. There’s also a beautiful spice garden on the hotel grounds. Overall, I 100% recommend this place, especially for families traveling with children — we had a great experience!

Very comfortable beds, excellent location nearby airport and Negombo , very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Owner and his wife were extremely nice and warm people!
