Great location, close to the airport. Don was the best host! He collected us from the airport and was very patient about delays caused by the bad weather. Despite power outages across the area he still made us a lovely breakfast and ensured we got where we needed to go. Highly recommend!

Probably the cleanest and most surprising stay in Sri Lanka. New rooms, cleans with European standard. Would recommend it to everyone wanting a place next to the airport.

The surrounding area was also good. The people there were very nice. There was a very good arrangement. It was smooth. All the facilities were provided as per five star. The people were very nice, there was every kind of arrangement. I am sorry that such a property is so close and they dropped us at the station. They were so nice and had a very good environment. I always thank you so much, God bless you, you always grow up.

I was greeted by Dinu and her family with so much hospitality. The self cooked dinner and breakfast was delicious and made you feel like home. Perfect value for the money and an amazing location if you arrive or departure from CMB!

I slept so well in Ray very comfortable bed. It was near the airport, which made it convenient for my flight the next morning. The hotel was so well maintained and everything seemed brand new. It was a family run hotel and the care and kindness display to me was touching.

The property is very well maintained and looks clean and tidy, the deco is a nice touch to the house. The room was spacious and everything worked fine. Breakfast with the coffee was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic! This hotel is very welcoming. We arrived at 2 AM on March 20th, and the staff did their best to help us with early check-in. We were traveling with a small baby, and even though the kitchen was closed, they kindly arranged a late dinner for us. The staff are extremely friendly, helped with our luggage, and gave us useful advice for our trip around Sri Lanka. Special thanks to Sudara and Nuwan — they made our stay very comfortable. Also, a big thanks to the waiter at the hotel restaurant (unfortunately I forgot his name) who was very helpful with all our baby-related requests. The hotel itself is clean, rooms are tidy, and air conditioning worked perfectly. The surroundings feel like a jungle — so much greenery! The pool is great and open from 8 AM until midnight. Shops, pharmacy, and ATMs are just a 10-minute walk away. There’s also a beautiful spice garden on the hotel grounds. Overall, I 100% recommend this place, especially for families traveling with children — we had a great experience!

Nice and clean hotel near the airport, perfect after or before a flight, especially when the flight is late at night or early in the morning. The transfer to the airport was convenient, easy, and the owner was very kind.
