It is located in the jungle and sleeping in a treehouse is really special! You could hear all the wild animals during the night and the rain falling on the roof and the trees surrounding the tree house. The bathroom was very special, since it was located outside the room, shovering in the jungle was a nice experience. The sheets could have been a little bit cleaner, but overall it was very clean. And the absolutely best thing of this hotel is the crazy delicious food! A variety of home cooked dishes let's you find real joy! This is a family business and the people working there are very very friendly and helpful.🥰♥️

I had a wonderful stay at Pride Rock in Sigiriya. The hospitality was outstanding – the hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The accommodation itself is beautifully set in nature, making it peaceful and relaxing, yet still comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal felt freshly and thoughtfully prepared. All my needs were met during my stay, and I truly felt cared for. I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Sigiriya, and I’d definitely go back again if I could

We have booked this place for our first night in Sri Lanka. The owner met us on arrival. As it was everything new to us, we had a good few questions and owner couldn't be more than helpful. He advised us on the places we can visit, where to exchange money etc. Communications been very clear. The house is located within working distance to the very busy town, but in the very quiet area, so we had a very good sleep 😁 If you are looking to visit Matale and looking to stay near by highly recommend to stay at this property 👍 This was a first time we saw the monkeys 🤣🤣
