The staff were so friendly and accomodating. They always made sure we were getting a fair price for things when we told them we were going shopping for things. They called our guide to make sure he was going when he was running late. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Great location as well.

Throughout our stay, he checked in to ensure we were comfortable, helped us with restaurant reservations,tour, shopping ,and even gave us tips for hidden local secrets . You could tell they genuinely cared about each guest’s experience. That level of service really set this hotel apart. The property was clean, quiet, calm… It was further away from the center of Fès which was perfect because the city was too noisy. After a long day in the city we were able to relax in this beautiful place. The garden also was clean and taken care off you can have a nice breakfast with a view of the pool. There were cats so cute so we brought them food so they could join us. The host is an amazing lady and she made sure that we were comfortable. Everything is already there so no need to take your hair dyer and so on… me and my family loved it !

We loved the decorations around the main garden and inside the rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially finding meeting points with tours.

We had the Layla Suite which overlooks the entire Medina, the terrace is absolutely fantastic, Jihane, Samira, Hayat and Abdul have outstanding service, they took care of preparing a surprise for my husband’s birthday and made us so happy, they even organized our day with a guide and offered us freshly squire Ed juice every time they saw us We ate twice at the restaurant and the food was out of the world, WOW what an experience Thank you for making us so happy We will be back every year

In the Fes El Bali district of Fès, close to Royal Palace Fes, Riad Toyour- Riad of birds features a garden and a washing machine. Everything was perfect. The location is just at the beginning of the Medina with nice parking lot nearby. Walking distance from the Blue Gates. The inside garden of the riad is magical with all the birds songs and vegetation around. Really great hospitality and friendly attitude from the staff.
