We arrived in Fez late in the evening by train. Our host, Hicham, had already sent us a message that morning saying he was expecting us and would be happy to help if we had any questions. He also offered their private taxi service so we wouldn’t have to look for transportation ourselves, which was already a kind gesture. When we arrived at the accommodation, he welcomed us with mint tea in the beautiful mosaic-tiled entrance hall and offered us the option of choosing an upstairs room instead of a ground-floor one, if we wished. We took the upstairs room, which was spacious and well kept. The air conditioning worked well, and we didn’t feel cold at night, even though the weather was quite cool. The next morning, the breakfast really surprised me because it was plentiful, with fruit, eggs, pancakes, and pastries. Hicham gave us a map of Fez and explained how to get to the main sights within the medina, as well as what to pay attention to when walking around the city in the evening. The accommodation is in a very good location; everything can be reached on foot. (Google Maps works very well on mobile phones in Fez as well. We bought a SIM card with 50 GB of data at the airport from the Orange provider, and it worked perfectly even in the narrow, hidden streets, so we didn’t feel lost in the evenings either.) I would also like to specifically mention the laundry service, which worked very well. We handed in our clothes in the morning, and by the evening they were clean and neatly folded on our bed. It’s very reasonably priced, and Hicham almost didn’t want to accept the money for it :) We asked him whether he could recommend a desert tour from Fez to Marrakech. Of course, he immediately recommended two options: 1 night / 2 days, or 2 nights / 3 days. Riad Zaya Fes ligger i Fez, 5,1 km fra Palais Royal. Her er en terrasse og værelser med aircondition. Riaden ligger ca. 19 minutters gang fra Batha Square og 6,3 km fra Fes Station. We were well helped by Youssef, the riad was so good, the breakfast so delicious, the rooms so spacious and welcoming. Perfect place to be in Fes!

Dar Houda har en god beliggenhed i Fes El Bali-distriktet i Fez. Det ligger 2,7 km fra Palais Royal, 9 minutters gang fra Batha Square og mindre end 1 km fra Bab Bou Jeloud Fes. The location was great, the facilities are homely, Hicham was very welcoming and helped to organise transports and tours. You MUST eat dinner at the Riad, the Pastilla and Cous Cous are amazing. Would recommend!

We recently organized a raid for our clients, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we’ve had. Everything was exceptionally clean, the food was delicious and well-prepared, and the overall setup exceeded expectations. Bloemen Huis er et overnatningssted med en terrasse og ligger i Fez, 1,9 km fra Fes Station, 3,8 km fra Batha Square og 4,3 km fra Bab Bou Jeloud Fes. The facilities were great and clean with a nice balcony.
