It’s in a nice apartment complex and the unit was clean and functional. I only stayed one night but it was perfect. Access to Arena beach is a nice plus as well.

We stayed here for 1 night as a layover coming from Cozumel before continuing on to Tulum. In short - we wished we could have stayed longer! The hotel is beautiful, with a light and airy vibe. The rooftop bar and pool are cool, the room was spacious and very clean, we loved the modern decor. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (I unfortunately forgot their names 🫣) - they were the nicest, most gracious and helpful hosts we have encountered in a hotel in a long time! Regarding all the comments on the loud night life noise - you need to realize that this hotel is very centrally located in PdC, which is famous for its night life. If you cannot handle the noise, you simple need to book a place away from the action.

the host couple were really great. their personality is in a class of its own and they are very helpful. we felt this place as our second home right from the start. we got good tips about restaurants and attractions in the area. and their cat hendrix was really lovely. if we ever come to tulum again we will definitely come here again.

A nice big room with a comfy bed. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Value for money was amazing. Location was on the edge of town, but a few streets from lots of street food, huge supermarket down the road and other bars too.
