This is an excellent choice if you want to stay at Playa Carrizalillo (the best beach in Puerto Escondido!). The apartment is very spacious and was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable with a great mattress and pillows. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The kitchen was well-equipped if you wanted to cook, plus had a big garrafón of drinking water. I had to do some work while there, and the wifi was excellent, there is also a TV with Netflix. There is a nice pool area to relax in. The hosts are super kind and helpful, really lovely people. The location is great, really close to the restaurants and beaches. I highly recommend this place, and are planning to return.

Casa 821 Guest House is a recently renovated homestay in the centre of Oaxaca City, 7.4 km from Monte Alban and 46 km from Mitla. The accommodation had everything we needed, we had a lovely time there. The room is super spacious and well equipped. The terrace is amazing! And the host is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. :)

The staff were great. It was lovely manicured gardens. Free coffee all day. Quiet end of the beach close to playa del amor but 20mins walk to the main restaurant area. Nice view from.balcony. Many places closer to town are ridiculously expensive. This was great value.
