We stayed for 3 days in this little paradise very close to Oaxaca. Close enough to go for a day in the city but in the middle of nature. The small village has enough restaurants to entertain you and the cocktailbar is amazing. Also a perfect spot for day trips to highlights like Hierve el Agua, Milta, various Mescal distilleries etc. Like many others said, the food is absolutely fantastic. It’s hard to describe the excellence. Fernando and Fernanda are very welcoming and great hosts. We can not recommend it enough.

Located around 7.3 km from Punta Cometa, the hotel is also 6.1 km away from Turtle Camp and Museum. Rooms are equipped with a balcony with pool views and free WiFi. We loved the pool so much! The hotel is nicely located in the middle of trees and palms. The design of the whole place is just perfect. Super close to the beach.

Casa Gitana -Only Adults- features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a private beach area and terrace in Chamuscadero. Guests can enjoy Mediterranean and Spanish dishes at the restaurant or have a cocktail at the bar. Casa Gitana was incredible. We stayed for 4 days and hardly left the villa. The rooftop pool is comfortable with the best view. They also offer breakfast and lunch specials which were delicious. Highly recommend. It’s about a 10-15 min walk into town but it’s beautiful and you pass the turtle sanctuary where they do daily release of the baby turtles.
