This is an absolute oasis in the hustle and bustle of Mexico. The staff are beyond accommodating and every interaction left us feeling comfortable, confident in their work, and relaxed. The heated pool was divine and the lovely gardens left us feeling truly serene.

Had a quick stay here but staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was cozy, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was great. It was quiet at night, so I slept well. Light snacks and beverages were offered in the morning. Very pleasant stay.

Great location, feel safe, relaxed and calm. The installations are good, there was everything I needed. The room and the corridors smell amazing (there's some perfume applied). It's also not that expensive, especially for what you get. Also the bed is huge which is amazing.
