We comprised a large 3 generation UK family group coming to Querétaro for the first time for a family wedding. Our stays varied between 3 and 7 nights. Our rooms were all located near to each other, they were at all times clean and well maintained. None of us speak fluent Spanish, however the staff at all times were able to be professional, helpful and informative regarding our specific needs. The weather was hot, and the six children in our group and some of the adults, enjoyed the use of the pool and its facilities. We used the hotel restaurant on a number of occasions, it served a wide menu of good quality food, the staff here too were helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend Hotel Flamingo.

Had a quick stay here but staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was cozy, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was great. It was quiet at night, so I slept well. Light snacks and beverages were offered in the morning. Very pleasant stay.

Excellent location in the heart of the historic area. A short walk allows you to explore most of the points of interest. The hotel is a small property which provided the opportunity to meet other guests over a morning coffee in the lobby. The rooms were well appointed and very clean.
