Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Mexico City

Easy check in, really close to the airport and friendly staff . The room is big, comfortable and clean.

Comfortable beds, great view (towards the airport), generally friendly staff (esp at Concierge), perfect downtown location Staff at check-in seemed a bit unengaged at times and queues were building up at the front desk so you would rather not go there if you had a question or a problem There's huge works in progress in the back of the hotel so this will probaby cause a lot of noise (it already did during my stay) for a long time and starting early morning hours. The air conditioning was not working well which could become reason to not choose this hotel in summer months. I hope they get this fixed because I actually really liked the hotel a lot and would hate to be forced to look for an alternative

The restaurant in the hotel is wonderful. The hotel feels historical and modern.

We were looking for something different and different it was - a formal residential building a stonesthrow from Zocalo with a very unique design and with a terrace one would not dream of.

The Staff were just great, so helpful, always in good spirits. The breakfast was excellent, very healthy and the breakfast staff always very attentive.

The place is nice, the food is good, the employee are really nice :)
