Easy check in, really close to the airport and friendly staff . The room is big, comfortable and clean.

Bed confortable bathroom clean

The bed was extremely comfortable and the included breakfast was also excellent.

Comfy beds, nice shower, safe and clean, we did not see the swimming pool however as we did not have enough time. Receptionist was super helpful and called our tour guide for us to clear the details of our tour.

Everything about ULIV Roma Norte was excellent. The premium studio was well designed, stylish, clean and comfortable with a big city view. Very well equipped kitchen area. Excellent towels and toiletries. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the location is ideal.

It is cheap, that's the good thing.

I really liked its location and the transport service to and from the airport. The staff were very courteous and well-prepared, and they fulfilled all my requests. There was a level of attention I did not expect. The hotel is modern and full of comforts. Definitely a place to return to if the opportunity arises

Well located near expressways, public transportation, corporations and shopping malls.

Fun neighbourhood with great food, walkable to lots of amazing sites/destinations in Mexico City.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, comfy and clean rooms. 10/10!

Easy access, we arrived at 2am so that was a plus. Security is at the desk, if you don't see them give them a few minutes. They helped us to our room and explained how lights and all worked (all centralized). Even if you have the code, you need the room card for lights and stuff.

Apartment was spacious and very clean. Staff been friendly always very supportive.

Loved the whole feel of the place, really comfortable, really friendly staff, really good breakfast. Well located for restaurants.

This property and the staff were amazing. The enclosed playground is perfect. The staff made us feel safe and welcome.

The staff was very nice and polite. The room was very good.

I like the position, the kitchen and the cleanliness

The central location, amazing design, comfy bed, and super friendly staff!

Location and room. Also our cleaning person was very friendly and helpful. (Third floor)

Breakfast was nice but expensive

Room, hotel design and location

Staff was very kind and friendly and gave me a lot of tips about where to go and eat. Room was very big and comfortable and right next to the zocalo, the central square of CDMX.

Perfect central location! The hotel is located right in the middle of everything—perfect for exploring all attractions easily! Our room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the convenience of refilling our water bottles from the water dispenser in the hallway. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety! We wanted to visit the rooftop, but it was booked for a private party, something that, based on reviews, seems to happen quite often. The staff doesn’t speak English fluently, but we managed to communicate without issues—they’re all extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast. Courteous staff. Easy access. Good location.

Lit, propriete, calme, spacieux

Location, facility, many services and cleanness

The room was spacious and comfortable, easy walking to restaurants and parks. The rooftop has a great view and is a great place to relax after a busy day.

Bed was super comfy, the room was spotless and the staff were very friendly (and had good English, which was really helpful for us)! The location is really central which made it easy to walk around everywhere.

Awesome stay, great facilities and super friendly staff who made us and our 2 dogs feel welcome. Very good location in beautiful Condesa. Great private bathroom and well working clean shower. Exceeded our expectations and was a warm welcome to CDMX after our long travel. Great value for money. Will return for sure!

It’s new so everything is stylish and very clean. I totally recommend this place!!
