Perfect location right on the lake, super friendly staff, delicious food and a really peaceful place. By far one of the best places to stay in Bacalar. Really unique experience and super clean rooms.

Casa Kobaab Tulum asub Tulumi arheoloogilistest paikadest 6,4 km ja Tulumi bussijaamast 2,6 km kaugusel. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. Staff extremely nice, room extremely clean/big, well furnished, large choice for breakfast, all the information are well communicated in advance.

Aiaga Beryllos Bacalar asub Bacalaris. Kohapeal on aastaringselt avatud välibassein, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. The place was adorable, such a nice garden with pool, a (small) outdoor kitchen with some tables in the shadow.. Very nice! The kids loved the pool, the room was big enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The photos don’t do the place justice, it’s absolutely gorgeous!!! So relaxing, calm, great amenities (pool table and pool!). The room was sooooo luxe!! Usually places that look so modern in the photos, when you arrive the finishing are cheap and falling apart, but this place blew my mind away. The attention to detail in the design and finishings was soooo beautiful. Absolutely loved this place!!

The staff is super friendly at all times, and always willing to help you in any way. The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay.

Casa Noma-Noma Holbox asub Holboxi saarel, 600 meetri kaugusel Punta Cocost. Majutusruumides on istumisnurk. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade merele ja basseinile. Playa Holbox jääb 200 meetri kaugusele.... Modern, comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotell Milam asub Tulumis, 6,6 km kaugusel Tulumi arheoloogilisest paigast. Kohapeal on tasuta jalgrattad, tasuta eraparkla, välibassein ja spordikeskus. Gosh, Hotel Milam was beyond what we expected. The moment we walked in, it felt like stepping right into a dream. The pictures don’t do this place justice—you truly have to be there in person to experience how lavish and thoughtfully designed it is. Our villa was absolutely stunning. Exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and the highlight was the personal pool with a forest view, and various options for mood lighting. We could not get enough of it. The open-air shower was pure magic. Showering under the sky, surrounded by nature, was an experience in itself. Every little detail felt intentional, making it one of the most luxurious stays we've ever had. The highlight, though, was the concierge service on WhatsApp. Jay and Ara are just brilliant with the guests! We just had to send a message, and whatever we needed was sent to our room promptly. They helped us book taxis, made restaurant reservations, and even gave us directions and suggestions in real time. We are so thankful. But what made the real difference for us were the activities at the property. We tried the ice bath, the yoga sessions, and even the temazcal—and I’m so glad we did. There was so much to do that we never even felt like leaving the hotel. The food was delicious as well. The breakfast, the restaurant, the fresh ingredients—everything was top-notch. Try the Pina Colada!!! Honestly, if you’re thinking about booking—just do it. Milam is pure magic. ✨

Katusebasseini ja merevaatega Kippal - Modern Oasis - ApartHotel on hiljuti renoveeritud korterhotell, mis asub Cozumelis, 2,6 km kaugusel Caletita rannast. Staff went the extra mile! Free breakfast was a nice surprise although I am not sure it is always provided. (We were there for a special city-wide event.)
