Super good location, not in the city center but at walking distance if you like walking and only 5 min drive if you have a car. The access to the lagoon is perfect as it's towards the end of the lagoon, quite close to the Cocalitos cenote but not on the Cenote so the water is clear and shallow. Free kayak that's amazing, you can cross to the Birds Isle. Breakfast is correct for such a small hotel. Hotel with only a few rooms so it's not crowded and atmosphere is super relax. Lovely reception staff, friendly, smiling. Cocktails are nice and affordable. I had passion fruit margarita. Food is nice and affordable. We tried camarones it was delicious.

This hotel is so amazing!!!! What I liked most about this property is how luxurious and homely it feels. From the moment you arrive the staff are so lovely and attentive the entire time. The place is decorated so beautifully you just want to take photos everywhere you go. The pool in the room is a once in a lifetime experience. The food at the restaurant was perfect and there is a cute boutique at the front. The hotel itself is really perfect and adds to the bohemian experience of being in Tulum.

Boasting a rooftop pool and views of sea, Kippal - Modern Oasis - ApartHotel is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Cozumel, 2.6 km from Caletita Beach. Staff went the extra mile! Free breakfast was a nice surprise although I am not sure it is always provided. (We were there for a special city-wide event.)
