The on-site restaurant offers great food and drinks in a lovely lakeside setting, perfect for watching the colors of Bacalar’s lagoon change through the day. A place that combines natural beauty with attentive service — highly recommended.

We had a spacious room with a balcony and a lovely view of the trees - so romantic! The guys who run the place truly became our friends. They are kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. On our very first day, they sent us a list of the most beautiful places along with their personal recommendations, which was incredibly helpful. Super tasty breakfast 😋 Renting bicycles there was also very convenient. If I ever come back to Tulum, I will definitely stay here again. ❤️✨

The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and offer privacy with the privacy curtain. The common areas are also beautiful, and we made use of the games available. For breakfast I always picked the fruit bowl and it was tasty and well presented. All of the staff are supernice, friendly and helpful. I also met some amazing people that were staying in my room. The location is great, just 5 mins walk from Ecoparque, and restaurants. 100% would stay again!

This is a perfect spot to get away from the crowds of tourists and enjoy the sounds of the jungle. The host Juan is a very kind and special man, a great cook, who will do everything to make your stay exceptional. The pool in front of the cabins is just amazing, it gives you the opportunity to cool off after a day of sightseeing or just relax the entire day like we did a few times. There is a village nearby where you can eat local food and enjoy a drink in the evening with live music at times. THANK YOU JUAN!! You made our stay in Mexico unforgettable!!

The staff is super friendly at all times, and always willing to help you in any way. The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay.

Great place for those seeking a quiet refuge in a tropical paradise.
