Incredible stay! ! After a mix-up with another booking, John accommodated us at the last minute without any hassle, turning what could have been a stressful situation into an amazing experience. John was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special – we arrived to find petals on the bed and a lovely glass of wine waiting for us. The hotel itself is stunning, with a perfect location and an atmosphere that feels both elegant and relaxing. The food was exceptional and every meal felt like a treat. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and the hospitality made it even more memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly special getaway!

Casa La Aventura Guasacate - Popoyo ligger en kort bit från Popoyo-stranden och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, en terrass och ett gemensamt kök. Lovely accomodation with the best shared kitchen of our trip so far. Staff were very friendly/helpful. Location is about a 30 min walk to the surf spot so would be worth considering a motorbike rental.

Hotel Boutique Victoria ligger i Moyogalpa och erbjuder en trädgård, en gemensam lounge, en terrass och en restaurang. Great and friendly staff. Nice and comfortable place. Quiet surroundings Wifi was really bad. Much much or any signal unless your in the restaurant.

The Jungle ligger i Mérida och erbjuder boende med utsikt över bergen, gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering, 2,9 km från Volcán Maderas. The Jungle was an amazing experience! The hosts were incredibly friendly and made our stay wonderful. When my friend burned herself on the scooter, the host immediately went to the pharmacy to get a cream for her. And his wife’s cooking is incredible!

Hospedaje Soma ligger i Moyogalpa och har en utomhuspool, en trädgård, en gemensam lounge och en terrass. The room was great - best air conditioning I had on the travel, very clean. Gardens were lovely to relax. Pool was also great. I had breakfast and dinner (Indian curry) which was of good value. Staff were friendly, provided a lot of information on the island and organized transports.

El Bamboo Cabins ligger i Balgue och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och en trädgård med en terrass och sjöutsikt. Che, firstly such a lovely positive host, with great energy & he has 3 gorgeous dogs. His garden, the lake, the ambience, the peace & the most spectacular bamboo huts you'll ever stay in, in your life, all amazing with a full kitchen & table & chairs. I could not wait to come home after being out all day to relax in my hut to feel the magic!! The experience was one I won't forget from my visit to Ometepe!

Peaceful and chill vibes. The views are stunning and the facilities/site are brilliant, but what made our stay were the hosts, Jose and Maria - kind, knowledgeable and a good laugh. Also, the value for money is really good - 10/10 recommend.

Walking distance to main road with some nice restaurants within 30 mins. Information booklet in the room was helpful. Help to rent mopeds, organise transport, guides etc. The room was spacious, bed was really comfortable, hardly any creepy crawlies (this is a complaint from many of the eco lodges). Good wifi. 2 fans which was nice. Good shower pressure and temperature.
