We were in Deventer for a family wedding. The Finch is very close to the train station and right in town - so close to shops and eateries. We really enjoyed the quietness. The room was large for the Nederlands and we had ample room. There was a good shower and vanity with a separate toilet on the other side of the room. The room had quirky decor with a record player on one bedside table and a stack of books on the other - it set the tone for a fun few days with family. The staff were amazing and friendly and always greeted us as we came and went. Reception area doubled as a bar which served all day till late. Breakfast was in this area too in the morning and it was GOOD - we really loved it. It was brought on a tray to the comfortable chairs and tables so it felt leisurely. Coffee was also good.

Our host responded promptly with specific gps coordinates and pictures that guided us directly there. Free bikes were a huge plus! We also loved the "bubble" for enjoying the chilly morning.

We stayed here for our wedding night and the hosts definitely made it a stay to remember! They prepared the bed with rose petals for us, hung balloons in the room, prepared us two glasses with champagne, left a sweet greetings card in the room, and the next morning we had an amazing breakfast! We definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting Kampen. The view from the room was magnificent, looking over the Ijssel, and the room itself was just great. The beds are extremely comfy and can be adjusted in height (for your head and legs), the blinds are electronic and work really well, and the bathroom is filled with lots of additional items you wouldn't even see at top hotels. So a big thanks to our hosts who have made this stay definitely one of the best stays we've had ever, and made our wedding day end on a high note.

Alojamiento exponencial, el entorno impresionante, la casa de madera acogedora, íntima, con una vista espectacular y sobre todo cuenta con una gran variedad de menaje, vajilla, cristalería, horno, microondas, air fryer, tostadora, cafetera, cocina de vapor, lavavajillas, barbacoa, sillas de exterior, hamacas, etc. Si hace buen tiempo puedes hacer una siesta de árbol muy confortable y una gran barbacoa y comer en el jardín. El sitio invita al relax y a la conexión con la naturaleza. Los alrededores son una maravilla con un lago cerca, granjas de vacas, hipódromo y la ciudad de Enschede muy cerca. Edwin su anfitrión es una persona encantadora y muy atenta y hasta nos obsequió con cervezas fresquitas durante nuestra estancia. Recomiendo este lugar 100% si quieres pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y de desconexión en un lugar con encanto.
