Visit end Sep 23. Fantastic contemporary and eclectic hotel. Stayed in suite which was truly stunning for a special occasion with beautiful views overlooking the bay. Fabulous restaurant and bar with amazing food, both dinner and breakfast. Definitely worth a return trip!

Situated in the UNESCO-listed Røros town centre, Erzscheidergaarden Hotell offers traditional yet modern rooms with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Røros Church is 150 metres... We received a warm welcome upon arrival from Nina, who was at the reception, who also gave us a nice introduction to the history of the hotel. The room was very clean, and all toiletries of highest quality. In addition, we have to comment on how accommodating the property is. We mixed up the dates of our arrival/booking, and arrived a day layer than what we actually booked. We received a friendly reminder call to check in, and when we realized that we made a mistake with the dates, we were offered a complimentary rebooking. We are very grateful for this.
