Gli host Pablo e Lorena sono persone molto gentili, accoglienti e disponibili. Il progetto è a gestione familiare ed è una chicca rispetto al resto offerto da Iquitos. Posto molto bello, in riva al fiume, ubicato alla fine di un paesino di pescatori, santo Tomas. La struttura offre la possibilità di navigare il fiume in canoa o in barca, o di fare escursioni nella selva. La struttura mette a disposizione un'area relax con amache dove si può ammirare il fiume e i dintorni in tranquillità. Piccola nota negativa, il paesino di santo Tomas che precede la struttura può essere un po' rumoroso, e la musica ad alto volume potrebbe contrastare con la quiete della struttura. Viene servito pesce fresco pescato in giornata. Colazione e pranzo semplici, non molto abbondanti, ma buoni.

The location was very central, exactly where you want to be if you are staying in Iquitos as a launching pad into the jungle. The view from the rooms are stunning. Nothing like waking up to the sunrise over the river. Chip was an excellent host and very helpful when it came to tips for what to do, where to go and what to expect for my jungle adventure.

Clean, cheap, friendly, bilingual ownership. They found a cake for my birthday and cooked cayman meat we found in the market. Made great Pisco Sours. Cleaned our clothes (which we desperately needed). Give them a try!

We had a nice stay here for x4 nights before our tour of the Amazon. It was nice to be somewhere peaceful so that we could properly relax & rest before our adventure. The hosts are very friendly too, the room was clean & the air conditioning & Wi-Fi worked well. The price also includes breakfast, and so we felt like it was good value. Many thanks. ✨🦥

PuraChata Ecolodge offre la vista sul fiume a Iquitos e dispone di ristorante, servizio in camera, bar, giardino, piscina scoperta aperta tutto l'anno e terrazza. A jungle paradise just outside of busy Iquitos. The eco-lodge is on a beautiful property full of birds, plants, nature sounds, etc. and the pool is such a nice way to relax and cool off. It's very easy to get to via shared car aka colectivo. Some Spanish would definitely help, but with a sense of aventure and Google translate, you'd be fine!

The bus into the city leaves from right outside the property so it's easy to get around. Good place to rest and have a relaxing peaceful time. Host was friendly welcoming and attentive, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

CAMUNGO jungle Lodge in indigenous community ALL INCLUSIVE offre la vista sulla montagna a Puerto Franco e dispone di ristorante, miniclub, bar, giardino e terrazza. That was an amazing experiance staying at indigenous community. Clean and cozy villas, nice people were hosting us. They know so much about local nature and can share with you a lot.

Piri's House si trova a Iquitos. La struttura offre la vista sulla città e il WiFi gratuito in tutta la struttura. The host Lidsky give us a warm welcome drink. The house equips with a very clean kitchen, pots, stove, kettle, plates, fridge...etc, so it's easy to make a simple breakfast by ourselves. The airconditions are working well, so it helps us with a humid/warm night in Iquitos. There's no hot water for the shower, but I don't want it, either. It's not far from Mercado Belén.

The staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and always ready to help. The jungle tours were well-organized, full of wildlife, and felt completely authentic. The lodge itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly immersed in nature. Falling asleep to the sounds of the jungle was magical. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a real Amazon adventure. I would definitely stay here again!
