We chose this hotel to celebrate our honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations. The welcome was so warm, the place is beautiful, and the rooms are big and very clean.The jacuzzi and pool offer a stunning view of the golf course and mountains. Breakfast was good, served in a charming basket at our preferred time. We had a wonderful experience and only wished we could’ve stayed longer

Among all the rentals we have enjoyed in Portugal over the years, this was one of the two best. The host family (parents, daughter, puppy Charlotte) received us with unparalleled kindness, generosity and affection. The apartment, rented for 17 days, is spacious, beautifully furnished and equipped, perfect in every way. Located on a magnificent country property, it opened for us the dramatic history of the Azores archipelago as well as its dynamic present. When an important religious pilgrimage procession stopped at the property, we were kindly welcomed to the celebration. As we left for the airport yesterday, we were accompanied to the gate and presented with gifts as reminders of our remarkable experience.

Loving Strangers Hostel ligger i Madalena och erbjuder en trädgård, en gemensam lounge, en terrass och en bar. Boendet har karaoke och ett gemensamt kök. Fantastisk plats att bo på! Jag önskar att jag haft detta som bas då jag utforskat de omgivande öarna. Att komma hit var som att komma hem till en ny familj. Redan vid grinden ropade ägaren mitt namn. Mitt namn var skrivit på sängen och min hylla. Detta ställe är något i särklass och du kommer vilja komma tillbaka bara för att bo här. Middagen tillsammans med de andra gästerna var jättetrevlig. Jag pratade med många och det kändes som jag fick många nya vänner under bara ett dygn. :) Jag kommer definitivt tillbaka.

Villas da Salga ligger 8 minuters promenad från Baía da Salga-stranden erbjuder en trädgård och luftkonditionerat boende med en terrass och gratis WiFi. Lovely location and spacious apartment. Sea views and natural swimming pool around the corner. Very helpful and friendly caretakers. Online check-in was also very smooth.

Cantinho do Pópulo ligger i Ponta Delgada i regionen São Miguel, nära Praia do Populo, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. The apartment was spacious and pretty with a huge balcony and views. It would be the best for 2 people, but as a family 2+1 we fitted well too. The kitchen was well equipped and the host left some coffee, tea and delicious jam and honey for us to try. Our Host was extraordinary and made our Christmas even better by bringing some traditional portuguese donuts on Christmas Eve. We loved the stay and would truly recommend it for everyone staying in São Miguel! 🥰

Parrots`Village ligger 22 km från Pico do Carvao och erbjuder luftkonditionerat boende med gratis cyklar, en trädgård, en uteplats och gratis WiFi. Comfortable beds, well-equipped guesthouses, and a sense of security thanks to entry by code. Convenient parking within the compound. We had a guesthouse with a jacuzzi (some units have it), which we made great use of after long travel days. The staff was caring and friendly. Good location for travelling the island.

QUINTA DO FALCÃO ligger i Almagreira och erbjuder utsikt över havet, gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. Everything. The place, the brand new fully equipped rooms, the staff. Everything outstanding Thank you Sandra

Oasis House ligger i São Roque, 8 minuters promenad från Praia de São Roque, och erbjuder luftkonditionerat boende med gratis WiFi samt tillgång till en solterrass. The location is awesome. Right on the sea. Close to the airport and the city of Ponta Delgada. Very well done up modern house

Quinta da Maria har en trädgård, en terrass och grillmöjligheter och erbjuder boende i Horta med gratis WiFi och utsikt över havet. Detta boende erbjuder utsikt över bergen samt en uteplats. A lovely experience of staying in a real azorean home. Owners are a family of local people, who live there all their life (now in a house next to the rental one), they have a fantastic garden where you can enjoy beautiful plants and flowers (even kiwi and dragon fruit) and also different animals - goats, cows, chicken. If you love animals, the host can take you to feed them :)) I do, so I spent very nice time with all of them) and then in the fridge you will have fresh eggs from these chicken)). I also received as a present a nice collection of succulents :)))))) it will be a really good memory of our trip and these wonderful people. The house itself is very cozy , with nice decoration, convenient - you will find everything you need - equipped kitchen, hairdryer, good hot shower, comfortable beds, aircon in the basement bedroom , fans in the upper bedrooms, good wifi. A good set of products was prepared for our breakfast too. Parking is just next to property. The location is very convenient - 10 min to Horta with it's ferry terminal, restaurants and shops and 2 min to airport (no disturbing sound of planes though, as the air traffic is very low).
