L’hébergement Remédios Apartment se situe à Lamego, à seulement 900 mètres de ce lieu d’intérêt : Sanctuaire de Notre-Dame des Remèdes. We LOVED EVERYTHING about the property. Our host was so helpful and met us on the street and help us park our car in his space below in his garage and then took us Up to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed. It was such a large space it felt like home. Very cozy and so many wonderful details including homemade sherry, pastries and coffee. The view from the Apartment is something out of a Fairy Tale. There is also a grocery right next door and fabulous restaurants very close to property that serve traditional Portuguese food. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The host is so nice and welcoming. She took care of everything we needed, starting from breakfast and through recommendations around the area. The place is so beautiful, clean, comfortable and worth the price. Well recommended!!!!

We loved the reception by Mrs Julia, who was very kind and friendly. She gave us tips on restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the wineyard at the bottom of the hotel and that we were allowed to walk around at any time. The place is very calm and quiet, perfect for a escape from the city hustle and bustle. Mr Jose was also of extreme kindness setting us up with a lovely boat tour through Douro on my bday. We had just asked where we could arrange for the tour and he went all the way calling the person and helping us organize. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff was really attentive. We highly recommend a stay with them!

Location was amazing after a trip to the city. Our daughter loved being able to walk to the beach and see the ducks. We did it 3-4 times a day. The location was nice if you have a car, being able to drive 30m-1hr to attractions didn’t bother us.
