The room was very comfortable, and it met our expectations in terms of space and cleanliness. It was a great option for my family, we recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay on this houseboat in Lisbon. It’s small but very cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is great, and the boat felt surprisingly stable even when it was windy outside. The whole experience is very different from a typical hotel stay, in a really nice way. Breakfast was a highlight! Delivered every morning in a basket right to the boat, fresh and delicious. We also appreciated that they offer special packages for occasions. We chose a birthday package, and the decorations were lovely, with a very delicious cake and a bottle of champagne. ESTER was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a unique and cozy experience!

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Our son accidentally locked his toys in the safe, and despite the extra work it caused, everyone was very patient and accommodating with us. The room was perfectly equipped, including the kitchen. Thank you so much!

I loved all of it. After having gone through a hard time in my life earlier this year, I just wanted to go back home (Lisbon) and spend time with a lot of different people from all over the world and make new meaningful connections and it all exceeded my expectations. The staff is just so incredibly fun, kind and so helpful. Special shoutout to Rosie (made the best eggs in Lisbon and made everyone feel at home), Fiona 💛 (who just started on my first day here and was just so kind and helpful), Jasmin (that helped me extend my stay), Juliana (always playing nice music), Gui (who opened the luggage room a million times for me) and Vini (great Brazilian vibes too). Thank you all so much. The hostel is remarkably clean, everyone was very respectful, there was always a toiet and a shower free and the (mixed) rooms were all respectful and collected, very chill and relaxed. And it's also a great place to work remotely from. Lots of digital nomads and students and it's easy to find quiet places to just work quitely. Couldn't really ask for more nor for better. Super grateful for my time here 🙏 I will definitely come by again in the future.

The entire place is in a very old, gorgeously elegant, well maintained building. The luxury is everywhere. Starting with excellent mattresses, through a beautiful well designed bathroom, slippers+bathrobe in the closet, a very nice breakfast, and ending with the most courteous, attentive, generous, kind staff ever. Then the location - right in the center of all the old beautiful neighbourhoods, within walking distance to most stuff, and walking distance to the public transportation.

Located on a hill in the heart of Lisbon, Torel Palace Lisbon consists of three buildings in which two of them are traditional 19th-century mansions, surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool.
