The room was cozy and clean. Felt safe. I was very pleased with the service. We forgot a few things in the bathroom. The support was responsive and our things were found.

Staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I am most impressed with the staff. During our stay we decided to leave the city and spend a couple of days on the beach. The lady at the reception, Sara Fundo, made numerous phone calls (on a Sunday!) and organized a swap between Pestana Hotel in Lisbon with Pestana in Alvor for a couple of nights, without us paying a cent. Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. As I already mentioned, the staff is exceptional. The location is great, right in the center of the city and close to numerous landmarks.

I had such a wonderful stay here! Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be the perfect spot for a solo traveler. The location is super easy to find (right by LX Factory), and check-in was quick and simple. The dorm was comfortable enough for a good rest, pillows and blankets were provided, and you can rent a towel at reception if you need one. I really liked the secure baggage storage with locks, which works perfectly for medium-sized bags, while larger luggage can be stored outside. Bathrooms were clean, with hot water and shower gel always available. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the rooftop bar was a lovely bonus, wish I had more time to enjoy it! Overall, a great place with real value for money. I’d happily come back again soon.

Lovely location, pleasant and welcoming staff. Apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped. Loved the indoor pool, swam every day. Restaurant also excellent.

This boutique aparthotel has a central location, just steps from Figueira Square and a 10-minute walk from downtown Lisbon. OnJ S. Lazaro features a sun terrace. The room was very comfortable, making our 5-day stay in Lisbon truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind and handled all our requests—such as a late check-in and helping with the washing machine—promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend staying at this hotel! すごく快適でした！キッチンも備わっていて、年越しを過ごすホテルとして最高だったと思います。スタッフもいつも丁寧で、私のリクエストに柔軟に対応してくれました！

Located within a 4-minute walk from Baixa/Chiado area and its’ metro station, Home Lisbon Hotel offers accommodation in the heart of Lisbon. Yes please come Home! Look no further than this unique hostel. Here you have family and friends. The people attracted to this hostel are open minded to the concept. The layout is wonderful, you have a nice living room, a nice kitchen to cook and leave your food! But the Best is Mama’s dinner with Mama and your fellow travelers and friends. The breakfast is out of this world- you will not find a better breakfast elsewhere for only 5 euro. You have laundry facilities and a fabulous bar. But of course besides these amenities the most important is the people. The owners of the hostel and the workers are so friendly and make you feel at HOME. I have been to over 250 hostels and I vote Home Lisbon the most unique and Best for all the soul, vibes, family and offerings to comfort a traveler. The location is perfect as well and the other activities such as walking tour, pub crawl, and Sintra tour are fantastic touches. I was here 1 week and extended because I didn’t want to leave. Please come with good vibes and you will leave grateful and even better vibes than when you started. We welcome you HOME 🙏 p.s. I stayed in the Girls section and it was a luxury to have our own little wing of the house- we have our own bathrooms and space- it’s a little oasis away when you need your moments alone or with your chicas 😇🤗

Located on a hill in the heart of Lisbon, Torel Palace Lisbon consists of three buildings in which two of them are traditional 19th-century mansions, surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool. Beautiful location. Stunning building. The views from the hotel are simply the best in Lisbon.
