Studios by Aqua Natura Hotels ligger 1 minutters gang fra De naturlige swimmingpool i Porto Moniz og tilbyder en terrasse og en bar samt indkvartering med aircondition, balkon og gratis wi-fi. Place was lovely, very modern clean rooms, everyday cleaning service, air conditioner. We’ve been welcomed with sparkling wine and left with goodbye gift. If you have a birthday, you may count on a sweet surprise. There was a mini bar, kitchen with microwave and electric plate and small fridge, also espresso maker with excellent quality of coffee, kitchen utensils allowed for some cooking. The view showed surrounding hotel and ocean in the distance. I really enjoyed the 2 min. walk to the rooftop restaurant for breakfast because the view is amazing from there. The breakfast offered wide variety of products and meals, with porridge and some things for sandwich ( cheese, ham or marmalade/nuttella, home-made yogurt). There were also couple of positions a la carte and lots of sweet options. Coffee was also of great quality. I can’t comment on most of the meals because I am vegan and none of the meals a la carte was vegan, also it was possible to eat a sandwich only with marmalade or tomato/pepper for me the rest was just cheese and ham. I saw many people including my partner enjoyed that a lot, but if you are following vegan diet it may be cheaper to skip the breakfast option and buy yourself pack of oats and fruits because coffee is in the room anyway. However, the restaurant view was outstanding and I quite enjoyed that restaurant anyway. They always had a plant based milk so at least a porridge and fresh maracuja. The roof jacuzzi looked autor louring but I didn’t used it, bathing robes are included though as well as a daily ticket to natural swimming pools. We preferred a bit more the cachalote pools that were nearby so didn’t use the it but is is a very nice option closer to the hotel. The hotel also offers spa and massage if someone wish, as well as a little cowork area if you work remotely. WiFi was also excellent. In general, it was excellent and I would totally recommend to everyone to stay there.

Det 4-stjernede Aqua Natura Madeira tilbyder elegante værelser med udsigt til Atlanterhavet i fiskerbyen Porto Moniz, 45 km nord for centrum af Funchal. Der er sauna på stedet. Fantastic view on the ocean (room 112), one of the best we have ever seen. Very hospitable personnel , rooms were clean, cool natural swimming pools.

Dette designhotel ligger på en istandsat traditionel bondegård, på en klippe ud mod Atlanterhavet. The location of the hotel was fabulous brilliant views of the sea and the staff were so friendly and very helpful when we had to stay an extra night as our plane home was cancelled! The hotel also provided a very good complimentary mini bus service to the start and finish of various walks and to Funchal and to the airport. Thoroughly recommend the hotel and place!

S A L - Beach Apartments Caniçal har udsigt til byen og ligger i Machico, 5 minutters gang fra Praia Pedra D'eira Strand. Great place with all necessary staff for travellers. A lot of cafes and restaurants just in a few minutes walks. Pedro is a super friendly and active host, who gave a plenty of local recommendations and directions. Coffee machine with the capsules did my mornings happy)

Quinta' Home ligger i Ribeira da Janela, 5,6 km fra De naturlige swimmingpool i Porto Moniz, 40 km fra Cabo Girão og 41 km fra Casas típicas de Santana. Denne lejlighed har udsigt til bjerg og have. Good location for exploring north side of the island. Very clean, comfortable beds and you will find everything you need for your stay. We were even greeted with a nice bottle of wine, pleasant surprise.

Panoramic House ligger i Ribeira Brava og har en have, fælles opholdsområde og terrasse samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Overnatningsstedet ligger ca. Location was great, I loved the big kitchen, the shared spaces, the garden, the outside sittings, the shower was new and nice, enough parking, the host gave us some product from the garden, good beds.

Casa do Avô ligger i Ponta do Sol, tæt på Lagoa do Lugar de Baixo Strand og 14 km fra Cabo Girão. Her er en balkon med bjergudsigt samt en have og grillfaciliteter. Super, super clean, well appointed accommodation with ocean views, wild style garden and all the amenities necessary for a comfortable, relaxing family stay. Great host who was easy to communicate with. The only drawback for a person who is mold sensitive like myself was the humidity smell in the downstairs bedroom. Something that seems to be pretty ubiquitous on an island with so much water everywhere.

Sunset Star with Sea View ligger 2 km fra Calheta Strand og tilbyder indkvartering med balkon og gratis wi-fi. We were in the accommodation for the weekend- great placement and great views from the terrace. Clean and the communication was great. During our stay we managed to unfortunately lose the key of the property but in 10 minutes the host managed to replace this at no extra cost. Really appreciated this and the swift response.
