Communication with the host was great, and as soon as we arrived, they came outside to bring the keys and explain a few details about the property. It’s reassuring to have the host living on-site in case we need anything. The location is also excellent - it’s at the end of an impasse, so there’s no traffic and is nice and quiet. The beautiful Orava Castle is just a quick drive up the road, and there’s a Coop grocery store in short walking distance if you need to stock up on any food or drinks. A mini fridge is provided as well.

My kids and niece loved the fairytale themed village, especially our tree house and a Jacuzzi on top of a little Castle next to us!:) The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised at how well equipped and clean our little cottage was. There was everything we needed and more! The little village was close to everything and only a 15 minutes drive to "Orava Castle" - a must see. 😉 We walked 5 minutes to a small "Callo" ice cream shop and had the best ice cream ever! The kids loved visiting a peacock and bunny farm that was also walking distance.There are a lot of walking /biking trails with neat bridges going across the river right behind the property. I strongly recommend this place to all families!

The place is simple, but with a comfortable bed, friendly people and delicious food. I highly recommend it!

Malinovy Sen si trova a Habovka, nella regione Žilinský kraj, a 28 km da Castello di Orava. Amazing location in quiet street. Lot summer and winter places / activities to visit We ended up in this hotel due to our car broke down couple kilometers away. Our reservation was very last minute (literally minutes). Rooms were ready, clean and host were very helpful regarding our car situation. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast in the morning was amazing. We had to wait until afternoon for our car to be fixed. We used this time to do a smaller hike in the surrounding hills. Great views. I would definitely recommend this place and hope that we will be able to return for a planned visit and enjoy the nature around.
