Pom is one of the most inspiring people we’ve ever met — kind, artistic, and full of warmth. Her home-cooked meals were amazing (we even tasted her home-grown seaweed!), and her family made us feel right at home. Tucked away near the river, it’s quiet and surrounded by nature, yet easy to get around by scooter or local taxi. Kayaking through the mangroves was a highlight. Thank you, Pom, for everything — we’ll never forget our time here. 🌸

Offering a terrace with a fan and water sports facilities, Lake View Bungalows is set in the Khuk Khak Beach district in Khao Lak, 5 km from Tsunami Memorial - Rue Tor 813. The property is beautiful, with lush grounds and bungalows dotting the space; you really feel like you are the only guest even if the property is fully booked out like it was when we were there. The rooms are unique, a bit rustic, and spacious. The deck/patio is a great space for relaxing. You need a scooter to get around and you can rest one on site with a helmet.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The place is cozy, clean and well maintained. The living room is comfortable and has a TV that you can easily use. We also really liked the back garden, it has a beautiful view and feels very relaxing. The house is well equipped for the beach. There are beach towels and even a bike, which made it very practical for daily use. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. Our taxi was cancelled on the day we left and he personally drove us to town so we could get another one. He also kindly offered free rides to town if we needed to buy anything during our stay. That level of care made our experience much better. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Ginevra Khaolak. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The location is great — easy to get around and close to the beach and local spots. Everything was well organized and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Khao Lak.
