The owner, Thep, has curated a unique space, something like a museum. Sublime to view. His wife, Dao, cooks up excellent regional breakfasts, and perhaps even a dinner if asked. Truly, Go for the Asian breakfast, not the toast option. The son, Oak, takes care of customers, and oversees housekeeping. He gave me a bicycle for my stay, and helped others to get to and from the train station that’s a distance from Phrae. His English is good and the whole family does its best to help.

Would come back anytime - our stay was very satisfying. Young lady in the reception - the one with very good English ( our rudeness not asking her name) - she is really special - nice, kind, intelligent with good sense of humor, this lady made us feel welcome. She helped us with bike rental. When we checked out and booked grab taxi, the driver wanted to charge us extra on the top of agreed price. The receptionist spoke with him over the phone. She was so outraged by his claim that she canceled the ride and drove us to the train station by her own car. She refused any compensation.

The houses are very comfortable and well taken care of. The garden is beautiful and there are plenty of places to sit and relax. The hosts were very attentive and prepared a delicious breakfast every morning with eggs, croissant, fresh, fruits, porridge and some veggies. The place is a little outside the city center which was exactly what we needed to relax after long days out. We would definitely come and stay again if we are in the area again!
