Staff super friendly and always helpful for every needs and always prompt to fulfill the requests The balinese-style room was very clean, luminous and comfortable. Bathroom spacious and super clean. The property had everything we needed as 2 families on a Christmas break- including a Christmas tree! And a bike that the children loved watching me try to remember how to ride a bike on… Some lovely touches like ice and water provided, inflatables in the pool and lovely soft towels! We were disappointed (our own fault) on booking that the villa with the outdoor pool was not available but the indoor pool was wonderful. Tommy made the stay easy and straight forward, ever ready with advice.
