A special shout-out, and truly, the highest praise, must go to Mrs. Dorsaf, the manager. She is an absolute gem! Her leadership clearly inspires the entire team, and her personal touch makes every guest feel valued and cared for. Whether it was a simple request or a more complex query, Mrs. Dorsaf handled everything with grace, efficiency, and a truly welcoming smile. She goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience for everyone. Equally impressive is Mr. Nacer, the chef of the restaurant. The food itself was delicious and consistently well-prepared, but Mr. Nacer's presence transformed every meal into an enjoyable interaction. He's incredibly approachable and clearly passionate about his craft and his guests' dining experience. He truly added a wonderful personal touch to our meals. While the hotel's standards might be what you expect from a comfortable, normal establishment, it's the extraordinary people like Mrs. Dorsaf and Mr. Nacer who truly set this place apart. If you're looking for a hotel where you'll feel genuinely welcomed and exceptionally well-cared for, look no further. We left feeling refreshed and incredibly grateful for the wonderful hospitality. We can't recommend this hotel enough!

It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The area is quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very kind and helpful. Easy access and great overall experience. We would definitely recommend it

A good location for a relaxing getaway in El Haouaria, Résidence le Chateau is a country house surrounded by views of the garden. Very nice appartements, spatious, well equipped and perfectly suitable for family or a group of friends even. We just needed to step out of the garden to be on the beach, which was beautiful and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful and we have been sent a taxi, as we needed an urgent drive to the city center. The owner was easily reachable for any questions or help. Thank you again for the nice stay, and hope to come back there soon.

A beautiful villa located a 10-minute drive from the medina, spacious and with all the amenities. Two couples stayed in two bedrooms with two bathrooms and were very comfortable. Highly recommended for both short and long stays.

Apartment is very beautiful, with modern furniture, plenty of space, beautiful views on both sides of the apartment. Nice welcome with fruits, water, coffee, and tea. Perfect for families. Definitely I will back there. Highly recommend.

A lovely spacious and stylish cottage at the sea. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to anyone, who wants to enjoy cool breeze of the sea and authentic Tunisian country-side life. The cottage is well equipped, all you need is there.
