The apartment was spacious and big enough for 4 adults and a kid. - The apartment was spotlessly clean. There was everything needed for a comfortable stay. We felt as if we are at home. - Hamdi Bey and Aysegul Hanim are very good hosts and they were very helpful all the time. - There is a safe free parking in the building territory. - There is a big supermarket right across the building. - The beach is 20 min away by walk or 3-4 min by car. There is also a shuttle service several times a day carrying the residents to a beach which provides free sunbed and umbrella (but we did not have time to use it). - The neighborhood vegetable market (on Wednesdays) is 5-10 min by walk. It is a great opportunity for buying fresh, tasty local fruits and vegetables.

Breakfast and dinner we enjoyed in the terrace with a beautiful view, and in the garden. The place is close to Cleopatra Beach and the City Center. We got in touch with the host quickly if we needed to ask something. I recommend highly this apartment if the 5 minute taxi ride back from the city center is not a problem.

It was a great stay - starting from the host, the location of the flat, the gorgeous bakery downstairs, and the sweet cat Güneş (a Turkish name meaning “sun,” which truly matches its character). The flat itself was very clean upon arrival and fully equipped. There was no stove, but for us the microwave and kettle were more than enough. The bathroom was in good condition with no leaks, the beds were comfortable, and the living room was sunny and pleasant. The surroundings were also very convenient: there is a market, a bakery, and a fruit-and-vegetable shop just downstairs, so we could find everything we needed - from fresh bread to cheese, ham, and beverages. There was also a place to park our bicycles and store some of our things on the first floor. The location is close to both the city center and the sea. Thank you!

The balcony and view made it especially enjoyable to spend time in the room, whether in the morning with a coffee or in the evening after a day out. Perfect beach - only this could be a reason to stay at this hotel. Excellent service on reception since our arrival. Rooms are not new, but very clean - staff cleaned them every day. Rich cultural programme for kids and adults. Our 6 kids in all age groups were happy. Water park worked twice a day, but rest of time kids spent in swim pools or at the sea. Small kids adored a small zoo at the territory of hotel.
