This was truly one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I’ve ever had in Turkey. The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Less than a 10-minute drive to Bursa city centre, nearby Turkey's most popular ski resort Mount Uludağ and ever enticing thermal baths, Sheraton Bursa is located in an upscale residential and office... I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return in the future.
