The staff was extremely helpful at every point. They changed our room immediately on the same day when we were not happy with how clean the first room was. They answered every question and were very approachable both at the reception and via WhatsApp. I'd like to especially mention and thank Sofia (I hope that I got the name right). The second room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The view from the windows was beautiful! Everything was functioning without any problems. We could cook, wash dishes and clothes, take a shower and just relax. It was especially nice that the hotel presented us with a cake on my father's birthday. I also found it very cute that the staff was wearing Christmas sweaters on New Years Eve.

Portano un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto in camera, veramente apprezzato. La camera deluxe è bella grande e dotata di ogni comfort. Sicuramente la posizione non è comodissima per visitare il centro città perché si dovrebbero prendere i mezzi però per chi va per altri motivi, come me, davvero lo consiglio tantissimo.
