Therefore the location was great. It is very convenient to get a taxi from and to the location. On top if it, the vibe in this place is very welcoming. Although there is no staff and it is a self check-in place everything is well communicated and works smoothly. The room was good enough for a short stay and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept so well. There are snacks one can eat and a small breakfast is available at the open kitchen.

We had an incredible stay at Chao Motel during our recent trip to Taoyuan, Taiwan. This was my first trip to Asia and my first trip to Taiwan, so I didn’t know what to expect. I had reached out to the motel prior to our trip with questions and they were very responsive, which I was very impressed with their customer service. The rooms were immaculately clean, modern, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a spacious shower and high-quality toiletries. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep every night. I really appreciate the air purifier in the room. My mom got sick on day 2 of our trip and I truly believe the air purifier and daily cleanliness prevented me from getting the same throat infection my mom had. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were always ready to assist with calling a taxi for us, and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining. The motel’s location was another highlight – conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Taoyuan and beyond. Chao Motel also stood out for its peaceful atmosphere, which was perfect for relaxing after long days of sightseeing. Our family, including my 13-year-old daughter, found it to be the ideal base for our trip. The breakfast was delicious and was included. I chose this motel because it offered both western and Taiwanese cuisine. You can get eggs made to order every morning and their special meal of sirloin beef, shrimp and squid was delicious! My daughter loved her scrambled eggs and chicken nuggets. We enjoyed the variety of foods too. There is a car port/garage where you can park your car and the room is above on the second floor. I never stayed in an accommodation like this before but I loved it and so did my family. We highly recommend this motel for anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and convenience in Taoyuan.

Situated in Taoyuan, within 14 km of Zhongli Railway Station and 24 km of MRT Yongning Station, 里萊行旅 - Lilai Motel features accommodation with free WiFi throughout the property. Friendly staff, very spacious room and a nice jacuzzi tub. It was the first two night after landing and it served us well. It is as clean as a motel can get, though you can tell there’s a hint of smoky smell, they did try their best to get rid of the smell with air purifier and dehumidifier. Will definitely come back the next time when we are back.

We started only for one night and the host ordered us a taxi to the airport in the early morning. Clean rooms with clean towels and bedsheets, good shower. I would definitely recommend!
