We had a great stay, with special thanks to Mina, who does a fantastic job hosting in the restaurant. The location is spectacular, and there's a good amount of space for everyone. Try taking your bed outside to see the stars!

They care about everything, great hospitality and a warm welcome. We felt like home, especially thanks to Evangelina and the kind owners. Everything was perfect, and we’ll come again!"

The place was tidy and clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was always Wi-Fi, electricity and hot water. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was always available and very helpful, even with things not directly related to the accommodation.

Breakfast at Kendwa Breeze were the best we had anywhere on Zanzibar! Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the puppy (but were disappointed that Scooby, the original dog, wasn't there too). General vibe was peaceful and relaxed - a nice change of pace from the beaches at Nungwi.

We spent ten nights at Maharaja Boutique Hotel Zanzibar and it truly exceeded our expectations. After a long search on Booking.com, we finally chose this hotel - and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. We felt incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The small size of the hotel creates a warm, personal atmosphere where you quickly get to know the staff - and they genuinely get to know you. Every member of the team went out of their way for us, we especially wanted to highlight Anita and Cecilia who were so welcoming and anticipated our needs, fulfilled our every wish almost before we even asked, and made us feel right at home. The entire stay was breathtakingly beautiful. The food was excellent, the service was exceptional, the rooms were spotlessly clean - a 10/10 in every way. We were able to deeply relax, completely unwind, and simply let our souls rest.
