The setting was spectacular, the pool was absolutely beautiful, the villa was so serene and the views took my breath away. It was a real slice of paradise. We got Claire the chef to cook for us and the food was out of this world. I would highly recommend anybody staying here to avail of her services. You can take a walk down to the Nile from the villa and swim there. Sunrises and sunsets to be enjoyed from the comfort of your sofa.

The staff was very friendly, and always on point with whatever requests I've had. Breakfast was good and nutritious, and they were even willing to serve it in the early afternoon. The number one thing I loved was Peter Obbo. This man was our lifeline on the island. We arrived in monsoon rain and this man came out to greet us and show us to our room. He cooked us up some of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. He picked us fresh fruit from the garden, showed us around the island and had the best playlist playing the entire time we were by the pool. Peter even special ordered us food/drinks from the mainland when items were missing on the island. No doubt, the best part. He ran the island.
