We loved the views and the friendliness of the staff. Our Son developed a love of fishing so one of the staff found a rod and bait for him and kept checking in on how he was doing. By far our favourite part was the freedom afforded to our children. There are bikes freely available for them to roam around the entire area, a kids club for them to try new activities (not a typical kids club) and a beach and pool for them to explore.

We were a small group and we absolutely loved the house! Everything was charming, very clean, with direct access to the beach. The hosts are absolutely lovely and had prepared everything so that we could have an excellent stay. I 100% recommend it — go without hesitation!

The property was in a great location and had everything needed for a great vacation in Cape Cod. There was an initial issue with the cleaning of the property on arrival due to unforeseen circumstances regarding the cleaning staff but the owner quickly rectified the situation and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property for a stay by the coast in Cape Cod.

The location was excellent.. easy, safe walk to the shops, restaurants and Harbor. Helpful staff and exceptional, spacious rooms. Would highly recommend.

the location was fantastic, overlooking the marina at Hyannis, and only a short walk to the ferry ports and to main street. this is such a peaceful spot. the room was spacious and comfortable with a really large TV and everything we needed. There is a lovely swimming pool to relax by after a day exploring the cape. the staff here are really helpful and friendly also. A real gem of a hotel and no doubt when we return to cape cod we will look to stay here again
