Provincetown location and a welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Most importantly, our room was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed was so comfortable. The continental breakfast was yummy with lots of healthy options to choose from along with yummy local baked goods. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions we had. Joe at the front desk was full of really interesting local history and was ready to help us if needed. Loved the beach with chairs to sit in and enjoy the view of Provincetown. We have found our home away from home.

At the end we were not able to cook.
