You were so informative and helpful, truly a wonderful human being who made us feel right at home. The valet team also deserves huge recognition, such polite, accommodating young professionals who made everything smooth and effortless. The cleanliness and ambiance throughout the hotel are simply exceptional. And that signature scent that carries through every corner, it’s unbelievable how they maintain it so consistently; it instantly lifts your mood. It’s easy to see why this place is recognized as a natural treasure. Within just a few hours of exploring, you begin to appreciate the care, history, and beauty that make it so special. Plus, its location is perfect , just steps from the riverside and the heart of town. Truly a remarkable experience from start to finish. I can’t wait to return!

Nestled between the Tennessee River and the foothills of Appalachia sits The Hotel Chalet. Stayed here for two nights while visiting Chattanooga. The hotel's location simply can't be beat, it is within easy walking or driving distance of a great number of amazing sights, restaurants, bars, breweries, et c. The hotel itself was recently renovated and the room I stayed in – half of a former train car – was immaculate and felt very luxurious. While there's no traditional breakfast service the café in the lobby sells coffee and pastries. Parking was easy to find right outside the entrance. Every member of staff I interacted with was super helpful and friendly. Next time I'm in Chattanooga, I'd love to stay here again.

Matatagpuan ang TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hixson sa Hixson, sa loob ng 12 km ng Chattanooga Zoo at 13 km ng Tennessee Aquarium. Brand new hotel, very well equipped, free parking, good restaurants nearby. The room was clean, we had all we needed, really great price deal.
