Hotel was located at the more quiet part of Kalakua Ave. Walkable to restaurants, stores etc without the noise - great sound proofing, our room was nice and quiet despite having neighbors on both sides - we could see the Friday night fireworks from our balcony - love how there is built in filtered water for us by our sink!! They change their filters periodically as well - convenient island market downstairs and dean & deluca cafe -pool was clean and we love how there is a separate pool for kids and adults so it wasn’t as crowded. - the bellhops on the first floor was so kind & meticulous.

La mattina si fa colazione sul balcone vicino agli uccellini. Si vedono anche i maiali selvatici! La notte ci sono molte coqui frogs, se si ha il sonno leggero è meglio portare dei tappi per le orecchie. Nella sala comune c'è a disposizione un microonde, e le stoviglie, ma anche attrezzature per fare snorkeling a disposizione degli ospiti

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. Certainly deserves 5 stars ⭐️ Staff were very polite and welcoming. Rooms are gorgeous. Beautiful beach. Spa was very pleasant as well. Breakfast at Plumeria was a cherry on top.

The room is large and tidy, and incredibly clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with all kinds of appliances and seasonings. This place is a perfect home. And it only takes a few minutes by car to reach Walmart and many nice restaurants. Thanks to the landlord and the cleaning staff. This stay is unforgettable. The only regret is that I only planned to stay in Kona for one day. I really should have stayed here for the entire vacation.
