But what stood out was the quality and warmth of every staff member who served us. All were absolutely stellar. Be it Patrick, Colleen, Katlyn and all others at the reception, housekeeping staff, the engineers, doorman etc. I have rarely experienced such a high level of hospitality and warmth in a hotel in the US. Kudos! Our university suite was superb! Such a fabulously equipped kitchenette too! Very large and spacious and so aesthetically done. Highly, highly recommended.
