I have an issue with water not draining in the shower and it was taken care of promptly. Having breakfast and dinner included was a bonus. EXCELLENT location.

Kids rated it much more comfortable than pull out couch. Breakfast was a notch nicer than usual included hotel breakfast.

We went to the Rivers Casino and they had a free shuttle which was perfect. All of the workers at the hotel from the front desk to the shuttle divers were all so nice and helpful.

Great design, very clean, super comfortable bed and an assortment of complimentary amenities in case you forgot something.
