From the greeting by the parking valet (John) and staff at the reception desk to check-out, the hotel provided 5-star quality that exceeded my expectations. The oceanfront room was spacious, spotlessly clen and well appointed, with actual glasses (instead of plastic). The (queen-sized) beds were very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The breakfast that was included with the room was excellent, with a good variety of tasty food on offer, served on real plates with metal cutlery and glasses and mugs.

It was brought in, set up, and was exactly what we had ordered.

Very friendly staff. We had a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight and the staff were very accomodating. I can't remember the name of the lady that checked us in but she was awesome. So helpful! Amy at the bar was a great host, very friendly and welcoming. Hotel beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Very happy with our stay and would definitely book again.

The breakfast was self service but had a good choice of food. Hot drinks are free in the lobby and there is a good selection of groceries available at Reception. However the staff are this hotel’s jewel in the crown. Maria on Reception was so helpful and friendly. From welcome bottles of water to late check outs. She was always polite and caring and really looked after us. It is so refreshing to see someone use their initiative and problem solve rather than the usual ‘ computer says no’ response we have found in the past at other hotels. The price was exceptionally reasonable too. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.
