The room is very clean, modern, it has the strongest shower head, it's also on a quiet street. Good internet and table for work. It has everything I need. I don't think you can get a better quality room with the same price. The only problem I've found is the air conditioning is facing the bed, so the wind is blowing at you when you're going to sleep.

The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment I booked. So welcoming. They booked our tickets for our onward journey, the bus to Rach Gia, and took care to explain everything. Then took us to the ferry, and then waited with us for the shuttle bus. We had our evening meal there, one of the set meals, and that was delicious. Breakfast was good too. The place was beautiful and in an amazing location. We borrowed bikes and went for a little ride to explore the local surroundings. Thank you for looking after us so well.

They made us feel very welcome and gave us a good insight into real Vietnamese life - not the tourist version. The house is amazing. Sitting on the deck watching the river was very relaxing. It was a great contrast from Ho Chi Minh City, our previous destination. Bosa was our guide for a day doing floating markets, markets and city. It was great to be with a local host as it didn’t feel touristy. Phoenix’s home cooked meals were amazing - the best food in Vietnam. Definitely a highlight.
