The building is modern, with an electronic lock, separate Wi-Fi for each room, good-quality furniture, and a large common dining area with a professional coffee machine. The location is very convenient and within walking distance: a river with bridges, the sea with a beautiful beach, a local market with fresh produce, a mobile phone service office, an electronics store, fitness clubs, coworking spaces, and countless cafés. There is a school across the street, so at certain times of the day you may see students riding motorbikes, which is completely typical for Vietnam but can be surprising for foreigners. I would especially like to highlight the hosts — young, polite, friendly, genuinely caring about guests’ comfort, and with excellent English. This is an excellent place for solo travelers, remote workers, and anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the local atmosphere while still enjoying comfort.

The area where it is located is new and very private. It's quiet and not too far from the sea. Though it will take you 20 min by car to get to some attractions. Everything was right in place, very clean and comfortable. The owner was very attentive and helpful.

It’s basically a studio apartment, we really loved the amenities. It’s brand new, still smells of fresh paint, and was so clean and lovely. I feel bad that our sandy shoes made it dirty- maybe they should get a door mat or a shoe shelf downstairs! I’m picky on bathrooms, and it was great. The shower head is massive and the whole bathroom feels clean and safe.

This place is still new, and its a hidden gem. Not many people booked this place yet and im glad i was the first few people. Location was comfortable, nice, and safe. Staff were nice and polite and helpful. They provide towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrush. Plus theres also washing machine and free washing powder! Also, the place looks cool and has its cafe vibe, especially at the back where u can sit down and chill! Toilet were clean, water was hot!
