We spent 23 nights at the Orchid Hotel and loved every one of them. The hotel is only about a year old, is family owned and operated, and was designed with comfort and ambiance in mind. Because of the length of our stay, the owner gave us a tour of three rooms when we arrived that matched the type we had reserved so that we could take a look at them to compare the view and the room layouts available and allowed us to choose which one would work best for us. The owners are totally hands on and have only a small staff to assist them at the front desk and in housekeeping. They were all very kind, attentive, and committed to ensuring our stay was a memorable one. The location is convenient for walking to the lake or the downtown area (if you enjoy walking) and then you can take a Grab back to the hotel to avoid walking uphill on the way back (which we did as as we are older and didn't want to walk uphill back to the hotel). There are many local restaurants and coffee houses available nearby but the breakfast provided at the hotel is homemade and delicious with a slight variation from day to day. As a retired former hotel professional, I highly recommend that you stay at the Orchid Hotel if you are considering a visit to Da Lat as you won't be disappointed in the hands on service they provide.

Chambre très propre dans un cadre verdoyant très beau et bien entretenu, légèrement excentré par rapport au centre ville.. Magnifique vue sur la montagne depuis la terrasse en hauteur. Les gérants sont juste géniaux et nous ont parfaitement organisé plusieurs excursions, ainsi que notre transport vers Da Lat a la fin de notre séjour chez eux. Possibilité de manger sur place. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable.

Ambience was extraordinary and the little tee pee huts were just perfect.

This was an amazing stay. The owners of the home are very kind and welcoming. They have motor bike rentals which are super convenient. The home is well maintained and the rooms are spacious and airy. Fan is the room works well. Bathroom is nice. About a 10 minute walk into town.
