Excellent hotel. Large rooms, very clean, good service. Breakfast was excellent, many options, several stations. The Elm Restaurant, very large, is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is very practical. Deli stays open until from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. with options to go. Great location, close to Eaton mall.

The staff are so kind, front desk and housekeeping both. Comfy beds. The first night we came off an international flight and my four year old son wanted milk before bed but it was 1 am, they didn’t have it in the shop but the front desk staff went and got it from the restaurant or somewhere and brought milk for my son in a plastic covered coffee cup, it was so sweet! Maybe the best staff overall I’ve encountered everywhere.

From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

The room was spacious and clean with great amenities and the location was superb. Everything was within walking distance, we truly loved it. The two bathrooms were also a great touch for us, since we were two friends traveling and it proved to be very convenient.

The staff are the best! The walk from the elevator to the room…immaculate. The bedroom…comfortable and charming. I could live there.

Very easy and friendly check in. Room was spotless, bed and pillow were great. Complimentary breakfast lovely selection and a nice surprise. Loved having glass cups glasses and wine glasses in The room. the only small negative for me was not having a kettle for tea. Many that's Cambridge Suites Hotel. 10/10 for me.
