Best of the best! The owners are very hospitality and friendly. One review mentioned the mattress was a bit hard, but for me who does not like the super soft mattress it is perfect (probably the best bed I can find in Sardinia). The rooms are full of thoughtful decorations and details. Breakfast was abundant and the owner helped me to get my lemonade. Although they cannot speak English, it does not prevent our fluent conversation with Google Translator. What a pleasant stay in Oristano. Grazie!

Location close to the train station. Hosts tried to help us in every aspect- for example with transportation to the beach. They also offer a dinner for 25 EUR/person - fresh fish and seafood, vegetable, dessert- really worth it! Supermarket right across the street.
