Absolutely lovely hotel, extremely clean. All employees are incredibly professional and helpful. The hotel has nice swimming pools and even better beach with comfortable sun beds and great beach service. The rooms are spacious and have unique design which I liked a lot. Hotel has very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing, fresh juices, very tasty coffee. I like option to order from menu. The hotel is not cheap, of course, but you get the great value and experience. This is truly 5* hotel. I have been to many luxury hotels - Banyan Tree Dubai has beer the best so far. The best Frozen Aperol drink!

We really liked the hotel. The facilities are brand-new and staff are amazing. We tried the spa and it was amazing. Also, you can have access to the lagoon at Vida creek beach with is over the bridge on the other side of the canal.
