Signora Cintzia was very kind and guided me step by step with the on-line check in.🤗 I had a very good room, modern and decorated in very good taste,with very good quality furniture. I liked the bathroom as well !!! The b&b is just near the famous Doumo Di Sant Emidio,the protector of Ascoli Piceno town,and the protector of the earthquakes. I participated at La Quintana,la festa di Sant Emidio. It was a unique experience! Three celebration days! Who else than not the Italians can warship so beautifully their ancestors!!!❤️ All in all the b&b was spotless! I recommend it to anyone who want to have a nice and quiet stay in a gorgeous town! I would like to come back ! Thank you,once again for your hospitality!

This was one of the best accommodations I have stayed in so far. Everything about it was so amazing, the house and most especially the host. On the first day I was picked up by the host from the station to the property. They showed me around the little town during the car ride. As soon we arrived at the property, they patiently showed me around the facilities and ensured that everything I needed was covered. The following day they prepared a beautiful and delicious breakfast, they even packed me food. They also gave me a lift to the Basilica and picked me up again and dropped me back to the station to farewell. They were just so beautiful and caring. The best and awesome hosts I have encountered so far. I one hundred and one percent recommend it. You will love it. I look forward to going back and booking with them again.
