I loved wooden finishes with different textures, it was so thought out and luxe. like one wall had little cubes cut into it and that section opened up to reveal a mirror. at night a big wooden door slid across to make the end of the very long room more cosy which was nice as it was winter the bathroom was so luxef

Ideally situated in the Toshima district of Tokyo, MIMARU Tokyo Ikebukuro is situated 600 metres from Ikebukuro Nishi-guchi Park, 700 metres from Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro and 800 metres from... Beautiful rooms, amazing facilities, great lounge area, fantastic staff. We came for 5 nights but stayed 12 nights! Ikebukuro station is ~5 min away on foot, and is a great station that connects to everywhere!

Situated in Tokyo and with Nippori South Park reachable within 600 metres, TokyoNEST Nippori features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. Staff is great - we checked in late so they helped us and moved our luggages to our room. The self check in was easy. Room is bigger than any other rooms in Tokyo! Especially the bathroom. It was a nice change. The area is so so, we booked it for easy connection to Narita. Otherwise would stay more central. The hotel is very clean and looks nice and new. There is laundry (self-service) on site. You can leave your luggages after check out.

Ideally located in the Taito district of Tokyo, KOKO HOTEL Residence Asakusa Kappabashi is set 200 metres from Kinryu Park, 400 metres from Sogenji Temple and 400 metres from Akiba Shrine. We liked being in a quiet area away from the crowds. A 10-15 minute walk to get to the tourist spots but we enjoyed the walk. The kitchen was stocked for making meals and it was nice having a washing machine in the room.

Best combination of location, price, room for a family of four! We stayed here last year and come back this year. We plan to do so every time we visit Tokyo !

Located in the Sumida Ward district in Tokyo, MIMARU Tokyo Kinshicho offers 4-star rooms with free WiFi. The best hotel in Tokyo — without a doubt! I’ve stayed at many hotels in Japan, but Mimaru was truly special. My father wasn’t feeling well and needed to see a doctor, and the entire staff, including the manager, went above and beyond to help us. They made sure he could see a doctor immediately, even accompanying us to the clinic and helping with translation — not just once, but twice! We were deeply touched by their kindness and care. They constantly checked in to make sure my father was okay throughout our stay, all the way until checkout. We are truly grateful for everything they did. As for the location — it’s perfect. Close to shops, malls, Uniqlo, Don Quijote, and just a 3–5 minute walk from both the JR Station and the subway. The room was spotless, and the check-in instructions were very clear. Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for everything!

Situated conveniently in the Shinjuku Ward district of Tokyo, Rosenheim Tokyo Shinjuku is set 500 metres from Yodobashi Church, 600 metres from Yoroi Jinja Shrine and less than 1 km from Kanda Josui... We really enjoyed this cozy hotel. There is everything you need, including a kitchen and a washing machine. Very nice staff. There is a metro station nearby, shops and cafes are within walking distance.
