Absolutely loved it. Julia (Duty Manager) and Ali in the restaurant as just Amazing. Julia couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay absolutely perfect. Ali in the restaurant could light a dark sky with his smile and enthusiasm. He’s a one off!!!

For some unknown reason the check-in personnel has assigned a room that was already occupied. To compensate for this mistake they assigned us a far better room, where we stayed excellently. Nice swimming pool on the hotel rooftop. Free parking available inside the building.

Great quality of buffet, friendly staff, big comfortable room, amazing pool tempreture, water dispenser conveniently located on the beach, beatiful hotel, huge shower and bathtub, coffee machine in the room and great selection of teas in the room. Complimentary sauna and steam room.

Outstanding friendly service from everyone the moment you arrived, pool was quiet lovely for relaxing swim, the room and balcony a peaceful haven spotlessly clean thank you to Maya, visited for the physio treatments, superb facilities my physiotherapist was professional and her report to take home very informative, the personal trainer gave great advice and confidence to continue exercises when returning home, the meals and drinks all healthy - again food for thought when returning home, this stay for me has been a totally new concept and a view to reconsidering my future health choices

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach, and close to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. The building facilities like the pool, gym, and kids’ play area were a big plus. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

Ramada Hotel and Suites is a very good hotel, especially for families. The staff are amazing—always friendly, helpful, and ready whenever you need them. A truly comfortable and welcoming stay. 10/10!

From the day we checked in , everything was great and well organised. Especial thanks to Ms Rhea at the réception, Mr Mohit at the restaurant and the housekeeping team Ms Kathryn, Ms Arlyn and Ms Edlyn for arranging the birthday surprise for my mother. Food were great , Beds were comfortable, Room Sea View was a plus .Staffs were kind and make us feel at home ( Especially Ms Rhea ) . We will come back again soon Thank you again .

Really wonderful Hotel especially the staff. Giving such warmly service thank you for all Receptionist giving best service i can tell this service definitely 5 star 🌟. Also want to mantion staff in restaurant giving such wonderful service , always welcoming nice and always taking care of guest. Unfortunately didn't remember all the names but definitely all staff very nice don't hesitate and ask them to help no one will not say no always ready to help. This hotel is best only for someone who looking for rest in quiet place with clean beach and wonderful view from room you can see that almost all guest who is coming again and again loved this place like home. Next time definitely will choose again and hope untill that time hotel will be more better. Hotel a bit old but shining only because of best 5 star 🌟 service of staff. Recommend to everyone.
