Turned out to be amazing new hotel (only 1 month old!), everything is so stylish, new and comfortable! The location is the best - it’s a surf spot with ocean all around you, and it’s a private beach and 2 pools so very little people! Great viewpoint restaurant. Already recommended Ili Ili to my friends as the only really beautiful and calm place in Mar del Plata. Every room has a balcony, almost all have direct sea views, so we slept with ocean and birds sounds, it was amazing! The breakfast was ok, the location is 30 min taxi from the center of Mar del Plata, but we didn’t want to go there at all in the end.

Quiet, away from the city. Excellent host - this was a last minute booking in the off season - it was a pleasure meeting our host, he was very helpful in guiding us to the property and recommending local places. Would be great for a summer vacation.

The building is brand new and unique! Great location with ocean view, walking distance from a beach entrance. Quiet and safe area, the apartment was spacious and clean. The grill is a great addition and being able to relax by the pool made the experience that much better. Tons of toys to keep kids occupied and happy! On top of everything the owners are AMAZING people!!! Very helpful with every request, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and worry free! Highly recommend to anyone!

Jacuzzi is a nice bonus, as is the refreshing pool and the indoor parrilla! Flexible host who offered us a late checkout at a 50% day rate and helped us retrieve some items left behind in the house.
