The entire staff of the Kracher company was very helpful and friendly. The house is lokated near to the national park center and the bird wathing spots. The furnishing oft the house is new and modern, but in the breakfast room are not enough seats when the house is fully booked (as it was on saturday).

The property is in a beautiful quite little village near Eisenstadt and only 45 minutes from Vienna. Perfect spot to stay. Staff, amenities and breakfast was great. Would definitely return.

Great hospitality. Stayed open for us to arrive as we were late getting there. The owner said her English wasn't very good. She spoke way better English than I did German and managed to understand everything. Pool was incredible. Way better than anything else within the price range.

The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. We had a magnificent suite overlooking the lake. The garden is wonderful to sit in and enjoy nature. Watching the storks on the hotel roof was very enjoyable. The indoor pool was very pleasant. Of course sitting at lakeside was very relaxing.

All was good, It is perfect place for families with small kids, in the backyard is swimming pool, and lots of benches to relax. Good location for bicycling. Nice lounge with big fridges full of drinks.

A perfect hotel by the lakeside. The wellness area, with its large pool, stays open late, as does the restaurant & bar—something that's not always the case in Austria! They serve great cocktails, offer e-bikes for guests, and the hotel is surrounded by a charming wine-region village (or town). The staff is very friendly. Truly, if you're okay with the price, this is an ideal 4-star hotel. While the hotel isn't newly renovated, it's not a detriment

Location was very nice, close to the center, in a quiet surroundings. I especially admire the good quality of the bed and the excellent breakfast. It was a bonus to me that the hotel had an indoor swimming pool with convenient opening hours and there was not a problem with parking.
