We loved the sauna, breakfast, dinner buffet

Gorgeous fit-out with a warm Austrian feel. Food was exceptional.

General: big rooms, very friendly staff, especilly our Bulgarian waiter - Nikolai (always "no problem", good wine adviser, speeking many languages), and bar staff- so fast, knowing all drinks, speeking even Polish! All inculsive: one of thes best what we ever been, delicious food, good strong alkoholos, wines choice. Swimmig pool outside: water temp. min. 30 deegre +++ , nice saunas area. And there wasn't any problem to have late check out. So we could ski in the morning last day. For skiers info: ski room - you must see, so big, ski boxes: huge, heated of course, equipped in 230V, 5V sockests. Hotel offers small shuttle bus for skiers in the morning.

I would give this hotel in 9.9 out of 10. The only thing missing were vegan options however the chef kindly made what we requested but the Breakfast had very little vegan option apart from some vegetables. It would be good to keep some vegan burgers and chicken and schnitzel which are made in Austria with Austrian soy. By the brand V Bites in the freezer they have a two year shelf life so there is no food waste owning restaurants myself. I understand every margin matters. The Massage lady was amazing. The receptionist was fantastic and the cleaners were brilliant. Everything was incredible and beyond expectation except the Vegan options.

The property is stunning, in the middle of the mountains. We have received very friendly welcome and lovely apartments. Breakfast and dinner were delicious! We loved our relaxing time spent at the pool and around the property. We will definitely come back if we are around :)

Had a great stay at this resort! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Great location, just a 100m from the lift station. Ideal place for active vacation even with a family.

Vibrancy of Hotel and the Town of Saalbach. Great buzz which can be infectious. Welcome in Eva Alm, service from Laura and Alex in Schattberg Stube and Tina in Salbacker Hof Restaurant.

Modern rooms with a traditional Austrian twist. Beds were super comfortable. Spa was fantastic after a day’s skiing. Perfect location for main gondolas up the mountain. And very clean. 10/10

Amazing location for both summer and winter. Ski room with lockers suitable and adapted for bike storage. Nice pool with a view.

Perfect organized, clean, excelent spa. I like very much the furniture, modern design with a wooden touch. Definetely will come back for the skiing session. Very good location for both MTB and ski.

The location is great, 10min on feet to the main lifts. The owners are super nice and helpful.
