The Charles Hotel is truly a wonderful place to stay when visiting Munich. 1. Staff: Every single staff member we met was exceptionally kind and respectful — it really made us feel welcome. A special shout-out to Isabela at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our check-in smooth and stress-free, even arranging our room early before the official check-in time. 😊 2, Restaurant: The breakfast and buffet were fantastic, with excellent service to match. Definitely a highlight of the stay! 3. Location: This one of the greatest things about this hotel is its location. It is around everything you need to visit by walking. Also, they have a private parking garage if you have a rental car. 4. Great service room and high speed WiFi.

Amazing hotel in a quiet neighborhood about 10 min walking from the metro. Apartments are clean and cosy, stuff is nice and friendly. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to visit spa and gym.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very good service by excellent young educated staff. They were all very polite making you feel like being at home. We also admired the architecture and the interior design of the hotel and we enjoyed the facilities of the spa and the bar at the rooftop. I would definitely wanted to visit this hotel again.
